Each 50-page, 4"x6" notepad contains colorful prescription pages which allow you to specify the type of creative activity or "prescription" that would be most helpful for you that day.

You can customize with your personal prescription and then add details of your activity, such as a date range for when it should begin, instructions and/or insights from the creative activity.
